By accessing or using KhabarSaar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Continued use after changes to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

KhabarSaar is operated by Outback Yak (ABN 11 672 730 773), a Melbourne-based software studio. Correspondence: contact@outbackyak.io.

KhabarSaar is a public, read-only aggregator of Nepali and English news headlines from publicly advertised publisher RSS feeds. Every headline links to the original publisher. We do not republish full article bodies. See the About page for a fuller description of what we do and explicitly do not do.

When you use KhabarSaar, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the service.
• Not scrape the site in a way that would impose an unreasonable load, circumvent rate limits, or be indistinguishable from abuse.
• Not misrepresent KhabarSaar’s content as your own original reporting, or strip attribution from headlines or publisher links.

Each headline, excerpt, and publisher logo belongs to the respective publisher. KhabarSaar surfaces that material under what we believe is fair dealing for reporting and criticism, with a link back to the source on every item. Editorial and ownership metadata we author (badges, classifications, cluster labels) is © Outback Yak and may be reused with attribution for non-commercial research.

The KhabarSaar wordmark and visual identity are trademarks of Outback Yak. No endorsement by any linked publisher is implied.

Publishers or rights holders who wish to be delisted, or who want to correct ownership or editorial metadata, should email contact@outbackyak.io. We aim to reply within 72 hours.

The same address handles partnership enquiries — syndication, data licensing, research collaborations, and editorial cooperation.

KhabarSaar currently runs without user accounts, paywalls, or subscriptions. If these are introduced, additional terms will apply and will be published before the feature ships.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of KhabarSaar at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, or to deal with abuse.

Every headline links out to the publisher’s own website. Once you click through, you are on their site under their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for external content, advertising, or data practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Outback Yak and its contributors disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, KhabarSaar. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service.

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally first via contact@outbackyak.io.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be surfaced on the About page and, where appropriate, on the home feed.
